Nutrition Corporate Classes:
Here at Future Focus we offer a wellness program committed to helping educate businesses and corporations and their employees on health, fitness, and proper nutrition.  We believe that investing in the well-being of your employees improved the overall vitality, energy, stamina, and morale of your business, translating into improved productivity and employee retention.

The Executive Program provides a solid screening and health analysis which the individual executive may utilize to identify major illness, gain insight into personal health concerns, and measure progress after implementing lifestyle recommendations.

I: Executive Program
    Screening #1

• Comprehensive Vital Signs: Height, Weight, Blood Pressure, heart rate, temperature.
• Calculated Health Markers: BMI (Body Mass Index) and Body Fat Percentage
• Lab: Complete Metabolic Panel (liver, kidney,electrolyte analysis), CBC (Complete blood count), FLP (Fasting Lipid Panel), UA (Urine), Hga 1 c (Diabetic measure)
• Health attitude, mood, fitness activity questionnaires
• Physical Exam: Complete medical history and physical exam
• Cardiac Exam: EKG
• Nutritional/ Fitness Consultation
• Analysis Report complete with recommendations

Screening #2 (6 month interval after screening #1)

• Comprehensive Vitals Signs: Height, Weight, Blood pressure, heart rate, temperature.
• Calculated Health Markers: BMI, Body Fat Percentage.
• Repeat FLP, CMP
• Repeat Health Attitude, mood, and fitness activity questionnaires
• Nutritional follow up visit
• Reanalysis and comparison report preparation
  
  The Basic Medical Package was designed to give the employee a clear look at their core health parameters. This type of package was designed to raise awareness of health issues such as diabetes, hypertension, anemia, thyroid disease and cholesterol elevations. The analysis report prompts interest in making lifestyle change and appropriate follow-up with the employee’s personal physician if indicated.

II. Basic Medical Screening

• Comprehensive Vital Signs: height, weight, blood pressure, heart rate, temperature
• Calculated Health Markers: BMI, Body fat percentage
• Lab: CMP, FLP, HgA1c, UA, TSH, CBC
• Health, mood, and fitness survey
• Custom Analysis Report-creates a summary of findings and gives basic recommendations as indicated

Corporate Wellness Analysis:
Utilizing the data collected during executive and basic wellness screenings, a custom report is generated which summarized the general health of your company. In particular the health, mood, and fitness questionnaires help to better understand the health concerns of your employees. By combining the questionnaires with actual lab and vital sign parameters, we create a narrative report which will help management better understand the health of their staff. All data of course is confidential and compiled for statistical analysis only and not for identification of specific individuals or  their health concerns.

Besides providing a “Health Report Card,” the corporate wellness analysis would also serve as a tool when negotiating insurance contracts, especially if repeat analysis reveals positive trends and improving attitudes towards health and fitness amongst your staff. This could translate into thousands of dollars saved through improved insurance rates.
