Grocery Shopping Tour

At Future Focus we offer you your own personal Grocery Shopping Tour with our Nutritionist Dr. John Sullivan. He will be there to guide you in making healthy choices and learning the healthy alternatives that are available at your local grocery store.  He will teach you how to read labels and understand and interpret the different ingredients on product labels.  He will explain the ends and outs of the food industry today and teach you how to not be fooled by advertising gimmicks. With Dr. Sullivan’s knowledge and expertise he will provide you with the tools to be a better consumer.
